Deliverables: reports, AI models, or analyses that we prepare specifically for your business.
Professional Standards: compliance with applicable laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 / GDPR and Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), as well as AI ethical frameworks.
3. Limitations of Warranty
While we stand behind our work, there are important limits:
No Absolute Accuracy: AI systems may produce probabilistic outputs and cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate, bias-free, or error-free.
Client Responsibility: Our services are advisory in nature. Final decisions, implementations, or actions based on our advice remain the responsibility of the client.
Third-Party Tools: We may integrate third-party software or cloud services; we cannot warrant their performance, uptime, or security beyond what their providers guarantee.
External Factors: We are not responsible for disruptions, delays, or failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes).
