Caveat
While an online outreach is always higher but it is only good for things that can be automated with a product that requires no insight or testing, exploration or experimentation - it should be in a product niche rather than be called a generic solution. I had the same problems dealing with marketing buzzwords jumping on every bandwagon but only offering lousy solutions. The scope of solutioning against the view of the problem are all different. There is no one size fits all, ask ChatGPT to tell you that also. The same COT chatbot based on the limitations of a business will be different from another - this is a current upskilling and learning issue.
The versatility of a good problem solver cannot be measured. That is what makes the problem solution unique.
